Swinholme Cottage is a barn conversion renovated to modern standards yet retaining the charm of a country farm.

The cottage is fully double glazed and centrally heated and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge with oil fired stove, dining room and kitchen.

The cottage will sleep up to six adults and there is an additional child’s bed. A cot and high chair are available.

We are Jeremy and Helen Roff, who own Swinholme Farm and the attached cottage. We retired from the city life to fulfil our dream of running a smallholding in the beautiful countryside of Teesdale.

Our animals are part of the family and you will see our chickens roaming the land (and the cottage if you let them) and our herd of Dexter cows.
